MANAGEMENT MEETINGS AND PROJECT SET UP
In the first months SEPTEMBER and OCTOBER 2025 of project realisation there were organised:
- ERASMUS DAYS- to promote project countries and partners
- 1st Online Managment meetings on the 10th September
- LOGO COMPETITION - in each kindergarden there was competition conducted and international voting was organised to choose LOGO representing our project

2025
SEPTEMBER
-informing the preschool community, the local community about the activities and tasks of the project,-organizing the Erasmus Day-creating an ERASMUS+ task force in each school(defining goals and rules of participation in the project, information for parents)
-ORGANIZATION OF ONLINE MEETING –
Ist meeting of coordinators,- preparing project documentation - contracts, terms of cooperation
- organizing a competition in each institution for the PROJECT LOGO (each country prepares 2 projects that will participate in the overall project voting)
OCTOBER
- establishment of research teams and groups
- conducting research on Self-regulation and PRE-TEST of Emotional Intelligence level in children
- data analysis and preparation of presentations and conclusions for the work
- selection of the project's LOGO - online poll- preparation of a presentation about education systems in your country, city for mobility in Turkey
- a project website has been created;
- e-Twinning is open – where project products and materials are collected,
NOVEMBER
- each partner develops a workshop in the area of emotional competence development in children by using drama and puppets in the educational process.
Each partner prepares 2 lesson plans along with materials that can be used by partners and other teachers - in pdf format.
Each lesson plan and materials should be created by teachers - original authorship, marked with a logo and a Creative Commons certificate
.- each partner organizes a competition for the image of a PUPPET, the winning project will be made into a puppet that will be used to work with children and will represent each of the countries (the puppet should have elements characteristic of a given country).
Each partner creates 4 pieces - takes the puppets to TURKEY.

JOB-SHADOWING MEETING IN TURKEY - "I express myself with costumes and puppets"DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, SELF-REGULATION THROUGH COSTUMES AND PUPPETS
The project meeting in Turkey focused on developing teachers' workshop on emotional intelligence development in children through costumes and puppetry. During the meeting, teachers work in mixed groups, observe each other's classes, participate in training on the use of costumes and puppets in the educational process, present their work in this area, and a part of the methodological guide is created – PROJECT RESULT, presentation of research results, education systems,
WE DEFINE EMOTIONS based on research results for creating a fairy tale – each partner continues.
DECEMBER
- Christmas projects Christmas card to our partner,
- organization of the Christmas meeting PEER-TO-PEER according to the previously agreed scenario with the partner.
2026
JANUARY/FEBRUARY
Creating MY LITTLE WORLD OF EMOTIONS - each country creates another part of the fairy tale about a specific emotion with a puppet heroine (1 page with an illustration in the native language and translation into English)
POLAND creates a joint product, a booklet. eBook and paper version;
-teachers prepare ideas for developing language skills and building emotional intelligence through storytelling and tools like TK – BIBLIOTHERAPY
-ideas for lessons that develop these skills are collected in each school,-schools send ideas to eTwinning-students develop their communication, social, and emotional skills.
MARCH
II PROJECT MEETING in POLAND
“I deal with my problems through bibliotherapy “
- (Using stories and tales to develop self-regulation skills in children, emotional intelligence, and to describe and explain fear and anxieties, implementing ways to cope with emotions - BIBLIOTHERAPY. DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, SELF-REGULATION THROUGH FAIRY TALE THERAPY.)
- Teachers are trying methods to develop social, language, and emotional intelligence competencies of students, -students collaborate and prepare a joint event, -they develop communication skills.
During the meeting in Poland – training on bibliotherapy, working with fairy tales, during the dissemination conference presenting results, creating part 2 of the methodological eBook.
-Cultural project exchange related to Easter, children are writing rhymes about spring/Easter in their native languages, translated into English, creating an ONLINE collection of poetry about spring.
APRIL
Teachers are developing their work workshop in the area of the influence of movement and drama on emotional intelligence development, they are preparing 2 scenarios with aids and recording sessions – uploading to a common database.
A mid-project report is being prepared, and evaluation in partner institutions is taking place.
Spring online meeting peer-to-peer.
Children are preparing a partner dance for the randomly selected partner school, with instructions, partners are learning the dance and together during the online meeting they will perform the dance.
MAY
III PROJECT MEETING IN PORTUGAL “I control my feelings through drama”
-DEVELOPMENT OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE THROUGH DRAMA/MOVEMENT – creative expression, dynamics, body self-awareness.
Games and activities – silent orchestra, body percussion, etc.
- teachers are trying methods to develop social, language, and emotional intelligence competencies of students,
- they are developing communication skills,
During the meeting in PORTUGAL – training on the essence of movement and drama activities in the development of emotional intelligence and self-regulation.
JUNE
USE of acquired knowledge during project activities in practice, adapting curricula to new work methods.
Preparation of a report and evaluation of actions by each partner - sending reports to the coordinator
- financial and achieved goals. Updating the Google Drive database and the eTwinning project.
Conclusions - online meeting of coordinators.

JULY/AUGUST
SEPTEMBER
-partners are expanding their workshop with methods based on ORIGAMI
- creating STORIGAMI activities - stories using origami, developing social, linguistic, cultural skills and emotional intelligence.
The influence of spontaneous stories on the emotional development of the child.
EACH PARTNER prepares 2 lesson scenarios with materials, places them in a presentation, and demonstrates how these activities are conducted in their school.
